Raise a Support Ticket

If you have an issue with a product, please raise a support ticket with us. This will allow you to keep track of any issues that you have had with products, and follow your resolution through each stage to completion. This link will open a new window where you will be able to login or register to view your tickets and their progress.

Currently this is a separate system to the website and as such, even if you have created an account on this site, you will still have to register again to raise a ticket. We hope to change this in the future.

When contacting our support teams please include the details of the product you need assistance with, along with all the serial number and version information from the label on the unit.

It would help us assist you faster if you included have a brief description of the setup you are using, along with any supporting technical information; such as connected peripherals, solution configuration and any troubleshooting steps you have already taken.

If you have any system logs or screen shots available please email them to the relevant contact address.
